Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase on unworn merchandise, with tags attached.
Store credit in the form of gift cards will be Issued upon receipt of merchandise.
No full refunds. Customer Is responsible for shipping merchandise back to Salt and Freckles and may deduct the cost of shipping from your gift card store credit.

Orders placed after 3 pm PST are normally processed and shipped within approximately 2 business days from the date the order was placed.
All packages are shipped from Salt and Freckles with USPS or UPS. Upon delivery, please note that Salt and Freckles is not responsible for any packages. This includes all lost or stolen packages. If your package is not received after USPS or UPS delivery, it is your sole responsibility to contact the United States Postal Service or UPS for package redemption.
If you prefer to add insurance for your package's entire value, please include the following, "Please insure my entire package" in the comments section of your checkout. A representative will contact you to adjust your shipping total. All other packages will ship uninsured.
DOMESTIC - All orders are shipped through USPS. Rates are based on yourZip Code/Postal Code. All orders within California will incur local California sales tax. Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed.
