All packages are shipped from Salt and Freckles with USPS or UPS. Upon delivery, please note that Salt and Freckles is not responsible for any packages. This includes all lost or stolen packages. If your package is not received after USPS or UPS delivery, it is your sole responsibility to contact the United States Postal Service or UPS for package redemption.
If you prefer to add insurance for your package's entire value, please include the following, "Please insure my entire package" in the comments section of your checkout. A representative will contact you to adjust your shipping total. All other packages will ship uninsured.
DOMESTIC - All orders are shipped through USPS. Rates are based on yourZip Code/Postal Code. All orders within California will incur local California sales tax. Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed.
INTERNATIONAL - Please note: We do our best to keep Customs costs down, however customers shipping orders to destinations outside the United States are responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and fees in addition to adhering to all applicable customs laws and restrictions associated with the import of products into that country from the United States. We do not add any of these fees to orders before checkout.
