Spring Trend Alert...Brights Camera Action.

Spring is officially hitting the shop and GOD do we love when its a season change!!! Out with the old, and in with the new! Its like we get to refresh our entire close, again and again. And we drink in all the fun changes of each new season and the incoming trends. So, what's hot for Spring fashion 2023? All we can say is brights, camera, action baby!

Yep. Spring fashion is always about embracing color into our wardrobes again, but this year in particular, brights are having a definite moment. Think mango, bright pink, fun yellows and limes!  Basically, all your favorite smoothie options are now making their way into street style and making a splash on the runways.

What we are really falling for with this brights trend is how great these pieces of color pop can tie into your summer vacation and spring travel plans. Going to Cabo, Hawaii, a European cruise? Girl, can we pack your bags for you this season! Gone are the days of dull neutrals (though clearly they will always have a place) and here is a bit of sunshine to carry us into the next season!

Here are some great tips for how to style bright tones into your outfit, while not looking like a neon sharpie or an over-colored watercolor.

Choose one piece to commit to a bright colorway - Choosing one statement piece to fully commit to as your bright tone, and keeping the rest of your look neutral is the BEST way to bring on this new trend without taking it over the top. Think a hot pink or mango colored blazer with faded blue jeans and a crips white tee. Or, go for a fun bright dress and pair it down with a distressed denim jacket and clean sneaks or a crisp white blazer. 

2. When styling brights, keep the silhouette classic - Whenever dipping into a hot trend, a great way to keep your outfit classic is to stick with timeless shapes and silhouettes. If you're going to go bold with the print or the color, keep the lines clean (think a great classic bodysuit, a chic blazer, a structured midi dress, or a fun bright trouser. Mixing timeless with trendy is a great way to keep your look chic.
